How do payments work?
Couriers are paid weekly via direct deposit. Instant payouts are available for a small fee after completing five deliveries.
What equipment do I need?
A reliable bike, helmet, lights, and phone mount are required. SwiftBike provides insulated bags after orientation.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. Schedule as few as two shifts per week or ride full-time. Peak-hour bonuses reward riders who cover lunch and dinner rush.
Do you operate in bad weather?
We monitor weather for safety. During heavy storms we pause dispatches and compensate riders already on route.
