Delivery basics

Most ASAP jobs are picked up within 20 minutes and dropped off within 60 minutes inside the service zone. Schedule deliveries up to 30 days out.

Envelopes, legal packets, food orders, medication (non-controlled), small parcels up to 12kg, and merchandise that fits standard or cargo bikes. Contact support for oversized items.

Yes. Add stops in the order form or via API. Each additional stop is charged at our multi-stop rate and includes proof-of-delivery.
Payments & billing

We accept major credit cards, ACH, and invoice billing for business accounts. Tips can be added in-app or in cash to riders.

If a delivery is canceled before pickup you receive a full refund. Issues after pickup are investigated by support; partial credits or re-deliveries may apply.
